Just walk the aisles for the refrigerator and freezer sections, and you can find all kinds of goodies! I was also shocked that all but one of the famous Costco samples were Keto! I basically had my lunch made of samples due to Keto keeping my appetite in check. It’s so nice not to be hungry all of the time.
